UX Experience Designer

Job Summary

UX Experience Designer. This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

What Youll Do

• Design end-to-end interaction experiences for complex features, translating product goals into intuitive user flows and scalable interaction patterns.
• Own the design from end-to-end - from user research, concepts exploration to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing
• Work on interaction design for medium-to-large features (from concept to delivery)
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Define interaction patterns, states, edge cases, and micro-interactions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and design leads
• Actively participate in design critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions
• Contribute to and extend design systems and interaction standards
• Validate designs through usability testing, research data, and feedback loops
• Ensure handoff quality and implementation fidelity

Collaboration Expectations

• Work effectively with other UX designers to ensure consistency across features
• Align with design leads on patterns, quality standards, and strategic direction
• Provide and receive constructive design feedback
• Drive cross-team alignment on interaction patterns and user experience decisions
