UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and brings some hands-on software development experience, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and practical, implementation-aware design decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns.
• Validate designs through usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and follow UX best practices.
• Work with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process and impactful design solutions.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Some hands-on software development experience or working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frameworks.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and front-end implementation constraints.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
