UX Designer

Looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer with 5 6 years of experience who brings a strong user-first mindset. The ideal candidate should be skilled in UX thinking, problem-solving, and have a basic understanding of modern Al-powered design tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research to final delivery
• Understand user needs through research, stakeholder discussions, and data analysis
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Leverage AI design tools (where relevant) to speed up workflows, ideation, and content generation
• Advocate for UX best practices and a user-centric approach across the organization
• Ensure design consistency through design systems and guidelines

Required Skills Qualifications

• 5 6 years of experience in UX Design/Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and problem-solving approach
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as generative design, UX writing assistants, or prototyping aids)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
