UX Desiger

Komprise is looking for a UX Designer to help shape the future of its enterprise SaaS platform. This role offers the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, and influence the product's design culture. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, and has experience designing technical web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own UX projects from discovery and concept through delivery and production.
• Transform complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences and workflows.
• Create journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Founders, and Designers to define product requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews and incorporate feedback rapidly.
• Partner closely with development teams and provide detailed design specifications.
• Contribute to and enhance the design system while maintaining UX quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS products, complex workflows, dashboards, tables, or technical applications.
• Experience designing web-based products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, and visual design systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
