Job Description ADG Senior Analyst (UI/UX Design)

Experience: 3–5 Years
Mandatory Skills: UI/UX Design, Banking Domain, Design Principles

Job Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for banking applications and digital platforms.
• Apply UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.
• Understand banking workflows, customer journeys, and financial products.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant UI/UX Design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Domain and Design Principles.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and usability testing.
