Required Skills & Experience

• UI/UX Expertise
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and successful product deliveries.

Job Description :-

• Gather and analyze user requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and user research.
• Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible web application interfaces.
• Translate complex automotive workflows into simple, efficient digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development Teams.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Ensure consistency across products and adherence to UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, reviews, and design validation activities.

Expertise in:

• Figma
• FigJam / Miro
• Adobe XD or Sketch
• Prototyping and usability testing tools
• Strong knowledge of:
• Human-Centered Design
• Design Thinking
• Information Architecture
• Interaction Design
• Responsive Design
• Accessibility (WCAG)
• Automotive Domain Knowledge
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs, suppliers, or mobility organizations.
