A. Role Relevance

Please ensure candidates are primarily UX professionals.

Preferred:

• UX Designers
• Product Designers with strong UX experience
• UX Researchers
• UX Strategists

Avoid profiles having background of:

• UI Designers with limited UX exposure
• Front-end Developers
• UI Developers
• Graphic Designers

B. UX Fundamentals Assessment

Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in:

• UX Design Principles
• Information Architecture (IA)
• Accessibility Standards
• Design Systems
• UX Research Methodologies
• UX Strategy and Problem Solving
• User-Centered Design Practices

Profiles lacking sufficient UX depth should not be progressed.

C. Communication Skills

Communication is a mandatory evaluation criterion.

During initial screening conversations, the TA team should assess whether candidates can:

• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Explain their work or thought process effectively
• Engage in meaningful discussions without significant difficulty

Candidates with weak communication skills should not be scheduled for L1 interviews.

D. Stability and Commitment

While evaluating profiles, please consider employment stability.

Preferred:

• Consistent work experience
• Reasonable tenure across organizations
• Minimum of approximately 2 years per organization (where applicable)

Avoid / Deprioritize:

• Multiple short-term employment stints
• Freelancers (unless specifically required)
• Candidates with extended employment gaps
• Freshers
• Currently unemployed candidates (unless there is a strong business justification)
