UX and UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research (both exploratory and evaluative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, and opportunity areas
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with visual designers, interaction designers, product managers, and engineers
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on findings
• Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and UX standards
• Communicate research findings and design concepts clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in UX design with a mix of research and design responsibilities
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both research process and design execution
• Proficiency in research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
