Role Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Consultant who can help shape intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital experiences for large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable designing end-user journeys and building enterprise-grade design systems that seamlessly translate into front-end implementation.

Role & responsibilities

• Ability to collaborate closely with front-end architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of how design decisions impact scalability, performance, accessibility, and implementation effort.
• Experience contributing to enterprise-grade design systems and large digital transformation initiatives.
• Capability to define reusable components, interaction patterns, and design standards that can scale across products and channels.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, consistency, and usability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

UI/UX Design

• User-centered design principles

Design Systems & Component Thinking

• Advanced Figma expertise
• Design systems creation and governance
• Design tokens and variables
• Component libraries and pattern libraries
• Atomic Design principles
• Variants, states, and reusable UI patterns
• Theming and multi-brand design approaches

Collaboration with Engineering

Working knowledge of:

• Figma Dev Mode
• Front-end implementation constraints
• Angular and/or React design considerations
• Component-driven development
• Storybook workflows
• Design-to-development handoff processes

Enterprise Product Design

Experience designing:

• High-traffic digital platforms
• Customer-facing web and mobile applications
• Transactional and service-oriented journeys
• Dashboard and data-rich interfaces
• Multi-stakeholder enterprise ecosystems

Research & Validation

• Usability testing
• Heuristic evaluations
• User interviews and synthesis
• Design reviews and stakeholder workshops
• Design quality assurance
