Summary

Position Summary Finance Transformation We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 6+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock new value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building financial models and designing AI pipelines — translating complex financial requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the Finance function and the Data & Technology organization, driving transformation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and strategic insight across the business.

Work you'll do As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Finance AI team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze finance and business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solution designs, functional specifications, and wireframes
• Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for finance use cases including anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecast generation, and expense classification
• Build generative artificial intelligence solutions, prompt libraries, natural language processing tools, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and multi-agent workflows to support finance planning, reporting, audit, and decision support
• Design and build data pipelines and application programming interface integrations across cloud and data platforms including Amazon Web Services, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Establish model governance, explainability, and guardrails; document technical designs and data flows; troubleshoot performance issues; and mentor team members in artificial intelligence tools and practices

The team The Finance AI team helps organizations apply data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve finance planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support. The team brings together finance, data, and engineering capabilities to develop scalable solutions aligned to business priorities. Team members work closely with stakeholders across Finance and Technology to deliver practical, enterprise-ready outcomes.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of experience building artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in enterprise environments supporting finance data and processes
• Experience supporting finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, or commercial finance
• Experience developing solutions using Python and SQL
• Experience with generative artificial intelligence, agentic artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Experience with cloud or data platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Experience designing or integrating data pipelines and application programming interfaces Preferred:
• Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or React.js
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with vector databases
• Experience with Amazon Web Services services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon EC2, or API Gateway
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake in artificial intelligence or machine learning workflows
