Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Canada payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and tax laws.

• Maintain and update payroll data within SAP to reflect changes in employee status or compensation.
• Generate reports and documentation to support payroll activities and management requests.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing with a focus on Canadian payroll.
• Strong proficiency in SAP payroll modules and related HRIS systems.
• Thorough understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and tax requirements.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and employees.

Nice to have

• Experience with USI Talent Acquisition payroll processes or similar multinational environments.
