Role Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join Emireq on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will own the user experience across our growing ecosystem of AI-powered products, transforming complex technical workflows into elegant, intuitive, and modern digital experiences. This position offers high autonomy and is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving intricate layout challenges, building scalable design systems, and impacting product strategy from inception to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Conceptualize, design, and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- UX Strategy & Research: Conduct user research, map user flows, build wireframes, and translate data-driven insights into functional design solutions.
- Enterprise & AI Workflows: Design high-fidelity dashboards, SaaS interfaces, and complex AI-driven execution workflows.
- Design System Stewardship: Maintain, scale, and optimize Emireq’s global design system and component library to ensure brand and product consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and founders to steer design execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Deliver platform-agnostic, responsive designs adhering to modern accessibility and usability standards.
- Developer Hand-Off: Provide engineering teams with precise, developer-friendly specifications, assets, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in
Figma and
FigJam .
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy (typography, spacing, layout).
- Proven experience designing complex responsive web applications, interactive dashboards, SaaS platforms, or fintech products.
- Ability to build advanced, interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions clearly.
- Disciplined self-starter capable of managing deliverables independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience within a fast-paced startup, fintech, or AI-focused enterprise ecosystem.
- Practical knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Basic understanding of frontend development frameworks (HTML/CSS, React components) to streamline developer collaboration.
