🎨 Mobile UI/UX Designer (Full-Time | In-Office) 📍 HSR Layout, Bangalore 💰 CTC: 8-10LPA 🕒 Full-time | In-office We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup crafting a mobile experience that people will love to use every day. We're looking for a Mobile UI/UX Designer who obsesses over pixels, thinks deeply about user journeys, and can turn complex product ideas into intuitive, beautiful interfaces. You'll own the design end-to-end — from user research and wireframes to polished high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes — working directly with the founding team. What You'll Do • Own the end-to-end design process for our mobile app — research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. • Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns tailored for mobile. • Design high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Build and maintain a consistent design system, component library, and style guide. • Collaborate closely with the Flutter developer to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. • Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, data, and product goals. • Balance aesthetic quality with usability — making the app both beautiful and effortless to use. • Design micro-interactions and animations that elevate the overall user experience. • Contribute to product thinking — not just how it looks, but how it works. What We're Looking For • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX design (iOS & Android). • Proficiency in Figma — including components, auto-layout, and prototyping. • Deep understanding of mobile design principles, platform guidelines (Material Design & Apple HIG). • Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing. • Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems. • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to translate ambiguous product requirements into clear, elegant design solutions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements. • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-heavy products is a strong plus. • Basic understanding of how Flutter or mobile development works is a bonus.
