User Interface Designer-Immediate Joiner

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in visual design, design systems, and modern UI/UX practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, colors, icons, and visual elements.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.

Required Skills

• 36 years of relevant experience in UI/Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, grids, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with prototyping and interactive design.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect and developer-ready designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/Product Design projects.

Good to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing enterprise applications or complex workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
