User Experience Designer

We're seeking a talented and user-focused User Experience (UX) Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs and transforming research and insights into seamless user journeys that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Improve website and application usability based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, design systems, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
• Basic understanding of UI design, responsive design, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
