Role Description The User Experience Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and cloud-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, and translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure a consistent, accessible user experience. The User Experience Designer will participate in design workshops, apply design thinking methodologies, and contribute to UX guidelines and design systems. This position also includes usability testing, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving interfaces to support business goals and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong user-centered design skills, including User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking.
- Experience with User Research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and creating clear, accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with Prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and present work to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with responsive design, basic front-end concepts, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is beneficial.
- Experience designing for cloud-based or SaaS products, ideally in a technology or digital transformation environment, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
