About this role
UI/UX Designer Performance Marketing & AdTech | Multi-product portfolio
Location: Gurugram, India
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1+ years
Reports to: Founder
About the role We are a performance marketing and AdTech company building a portfolio of digital properties and products. We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to own design across four very different surfaces, each with a distinct audience and a distinct conversion goal: •
A B2B agency website — communicating credibility and positioning to marketing leaders and brand teams across global markets. •
A consumer-facing deals and cashback platform — high-volume, mobile-first, conversion-driven, with category and brand landing pages serving paid and organic traffic. •
A news and content platform — reading experience, content hierarchy, and ad monetization without breaking reader trust. •
A SaaS product in active build — starting as an internal operations tool and evolving into a self-serve product for brand clients. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will design end-to-end, ship to production with engineering, and iterate based on real conversion and engagement data. This is not a deck-only or slide-pretty role.
What you will do • Own the full design surface across the portfolio — visual identity, information architecture, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, prototypes, and a shared design system. • Build and maintain a flexible component library that adapts across B2B, consumer, content, and SaaS contexts without making everything look like the same product. • Drive conversion-focused redesigns — landing pages, funnels, coupon and deal reveal flows, lead capture, dashboards, onboarding. • Design SEO-aware and performance-aware page templates where layout decisions directly affect crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and ad revenue. • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear design briefs and ship without hand-holding. • Run lightweight usability testing, heatmap and session reviews, and turn findings into iterations. • Collaborate closely with the founder and engineering team — short feedback loops, fast cycles, outcomes over process.
Must-have • 1+ years designing shipped digital products, with at least one consumer-facing site at real scale in your portfolio. • Strong portfolio showing before-and-after work with measurable outcomes — not only polished screens. • Fluent in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens. • Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design. • Strong understanding of conversion design principles — visual hierarchy, friction reduction, trust signals, CTA architecture. • Comfort working alongside developers, producing pixel-accurate specs and respecting technical constraints (SSR vs CSR, image optimization, CSS limits). • Aesthetic range — you can shift register from serious B2B AdTech to playful consumer to credible editorial, without copy-pasting one style across all of them.
Strong plus • Experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy admin interfaces. • Worked on ad-monetized content sites and understand the trade-offs between ad placement and reading experience. • Familiarity with Next.js or React component models — enough to know what is cheap vs expensive to build. • Motion and micro-interaction skills (Framer Motion, Lottie, CSS animation). • Exposure to performance marketing, affiliate platforms, or influencer marketing tools. • Basic HTML and CSS — can prototype directly when faster than Figma.
How we work • Direct, iterative, low-bureaucracy. You will get sharp feedback and be expected to give it back. • Decisions tied to outcomes — conversion, engagement, retention. Aesthetic preference loses to data. • Small team, founder-led, fast cycles. Not the right role if you need a six-week design sprint to ship a header redesign.
How to apply Send the following to be considered: • Portfolio link (Figma, Behance, or personal site). • One case study walkthrough — problem, your decisions, what shipped, and what changed in the numbers. • A short note on the kind of product surface (B2B, consumer, content, or SaaS)
