YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX design, HCI, graphic design)
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to drive innovation and creativity
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Experience with user research and usability testing
