About the Opportunity

We are looking for qualified and experienced Indian hospitality professionals for a structured J-1 Hospitality Trainee Program in the USA.

This opportunity is designed for hospitality professionals seeking international exposure and structured training with U.S. hotels across multiple operational and management functions.

Depending on the training plan, candidates may receive exposure to multiple hotel departments and operational functions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma / professional qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
• OR relevant hospitality education combined with qualifying professional experience
• For the J-1 Trainee route, candidates generally need:
  
• A foreign post-secondary degree/certificate plus at least 1 year of related professional experience outside the USA, OR
• At least 5 years of related professional experience outside the USA
• Strong spoken and written English
• Relevant experience in hotels, hospitality, tourism, restaurants or related operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in a structured international training program
• Valid passport or willingness to obtain one

Important Program Information

This is a J-1 Exchange Visitor Trainee opportunity, not a conventional U.S. employment visa.

Final eligibility and program approval are subject to the requirements of the U.S. Department of State-designated J-1 sponsor, the host hotel and applicable U.S. visa regulations.

Candidates must participate in a genuine structured training program and cannot use the J-1 program simply to undertake ordinary employment.
