Job Description

The selected candidates will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based customers, provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
• Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: any graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to understand and communicate with US customers.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
