Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers.
• Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality.
• Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions.
• Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems.
• Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work a full-time 10-hour night shift (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday
• Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage.
• Pursuing students can apply.
• No attendance requirement for eligible pursuing students
