US Technical Recruitment || Fresher - Night Shift || Dehradun:

Role & Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, screen, and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing channels, job portals, and professional networks.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and English communication abilities to ensure a strong fit for client requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers/clients in the US.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for active and upcoming US technical hiring requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory for interacting with US clients and candidates).
• Work Shift: Willingness to work strictly in the US Night Shift (Dehradun location).
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech strictly in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering streams.
• Experience: Freshers (0 years)
• Attributes: Strong technical inclination, quick learner, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
