US Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment supporting Fortune 1000 clients throughout North America, with a focus on technical, IT, and financial services positions.
• Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates with relevant technical expertise and experience within the financial services or banking industry.
• Review resumes and assess candidates for technical skills, industry experience, job qualifications, work history, and compensation requirements.
• Conduct in depth technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical competencies, communication skills, and suitability for client requirements.
• Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Proactively contact candidates through high volume outbound calls, email outreach, and other sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Communicate job opportunities, assess candidate interest, and negotiate compensation expectations in alignment with client requirements and approved pay rates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, screening notes, submission details, and recruitment activity in the internal applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and placed contractors through consistent communication and assignment related support.
• Meet and maintain daily and weekly recruitment performance metrics, including outbound call volume, candidate sourcing, screening activity, and submission targets.
• Partner with internal account management and recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs, prioritize open positions, and deliver qualified candidates within established timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.
•  Previous technical or IT recruiting experience required, including sourcing and recruiting candidates for technical positions.
•  Previous financial services or banking recruiting experience required, preferably supporting banks, financial institutions, or other financial services clients.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical roles such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, systems engineering, or other IT related positions.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients and familiarity with the U.S. technical recruiting market.
• Prior customer service, client facing, or call center experience involving high volume calls, relationship building, and professional communication.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively assess their qualifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential candidate, client, and business information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience supporting U.S. or U.K. clientele preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven recruiting environment and consistently meeting established performance expectations.

Work Schedule

• Location: Onsite in Hyderabad, India.
• Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours.
