Shift: US (6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday)

Position Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within data centers, telecommunications, outside plant (OSP), low-voltage, commercial/industrial construction, and critical infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume recruiting and be comfortable sourcing and hiring skilled technical professionals for large-scale and heavy-site projects.
• This recruiter should understand technical job requirements, identify qualified candidates quickly, conduct effective screening, and manage multiple openings and hiring priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for technical and field-based positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit candidates with experience in data centers, OSP, fiber, telecommunications, low voltage, commercial construction, industrial environments, and heavy-site projects.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet technical, project, and experience requirements.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical background, project experience, availability, location, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, interview notes, statuses, and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Identify candidates with experience working on large-scale data center, commercial, industrial, telecom, and infrastructure projects.
• Screen candidates for relevant certifications, licenses, safety experience, site requirements, and technical skills when applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support recruiting campaigns for new project launches and large-scale workforce requirements.
• Meet established recruiting metrics, including submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill, and candidate activity.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, skilled-trade, infrastructure, construction, telecom, or field-service positions.
• Proven experience with high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-identification skills.
• Experience recruiting candidates for data center or critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with OSP, fiber, telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, or network infrastructure recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial and industrial construction or heavy-site environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and translate requirements into effective candidate searches.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and online sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruiting CRM.
