- Should have 3+ year experience in 1041, 1040 ,1065, 1120 and 1120S
- Knowledge of Accounting Clean-up
- Experience in Complex Tax Preparation (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120 and 990)
- Experience in Gift and Estate Tax returns (1041) and Multi State Taxation
- Familiar with Tax research, workpapers preparation
