US Tax Supervisor

Urgent hiring for Tax Supervisor !!!

Must hold an active CPA, EA or CA license .

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Shift Timing : 10 AM-6 PM

Exp : 3+ yrs in US Taxation

Notice Period : 0-30 days max.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual (1040) and business tax returns (1120S, 1065, 1120).
• Deliver tax returns, tax planning recommendations, and payroll plans to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of advisory and tax-only client engagements.
• Prepare and review tax projections, tax plans, and financial forecasts.
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and tax compliance matters.
• Calculate salary and tax projections and review payroll-related information with clients.
• Resolve federal and state tax notices and client tax issues.
• Research complex tax matters and prepare recommendations, memos, and conclusions.
• Support onboarding of new tax clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
• Participate in client discovery meetings and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience working with tax software and AI-assisted research tools is a plus.
