Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual tax returns (Form 1040) for US clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  
• Conduct research on various taxation topics to stay updated on changes in tax regulations and policies.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in client data and escalate them to senior team members as needed.
