We are looking for motivated and experienced US Tax Preparers to join our growing team!

Job Details

• Position: US Tax Preparer
• Experience Required: 1+ year
• Salary: 3 LPA – 5 LPA
• Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare US individual tax returns (Form 1040 and 1040-NR).
• Handle single-state and multi-state tax returns.
• Work on US business tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 1120, depending on experience.
• Handle tax amendments and basic IRS notice responses.
• Use Drake Tax and/or Intuit ProSeries tax software.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable federal and state tax regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US tax preparation.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state taxation.
• Experience with Drake Tax or ProSeries preferred.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates pursuing EA certification or who have completed EA are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule

• Main Tax Season (November – April): 6-day working week.
• Off-Season (May – October): 5-day working week.
