Shift: Night Shift only ( 9pm - 6am, 5days/week)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tax & Payroll Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in US or India taxation and/or payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax or payroll processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll and/or tax-related activities accurately and within established timelines.
• Support US tax and payroll processes, including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and reporting as applicable.
• Assist with tax filings, payroll, compliance activities, audits, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, employees, and external stakeholders to resolve payroll or tax-related queries.
• Research and stay updated on applicable tax, payroll, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in US taxation, India taxation, US payroll, India payroll, or a combination of these.
• Good understanding of tax and/or payroll concepts and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tax, payroll, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US payroll or US taxation will be an advantage.
• Experience with payroll/tax software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or global teams is preferred.
