Job Description
We are looking for a USA Tax Analyst / Tax Associate with 3 to 5 years of U.S. tax experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare 1040, 1040NR, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 990 tax returns.
Prepare federal and state tax filings.
Handle schedules including C, E, D, 4562, 4797, 8825, 8949, and QBI.
Assist with FBAR, 8938, 2553, 8832, 8802, and other tax forms.
Review bookkeeping, P&L, Balance Sheet, bank, and credit-card transactions.
Assist with 941, 940, W-2, and 1099 filings.
Research and respond to IRS and state tax notices.
Communicate with U.S. clients and request required information.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
3 to 5 years of U.S. tax experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of U.S. taxation and accounting.
Experience with U.S. tax software and QuickBooks preferred.
Strong Excel and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
