Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
