US Staffing Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the US. The role involves sourcing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring timely and efficient hiring outcomes. The recruiter will maintain accurate candidate records, ensure compliance with recruitment processes, and deliver positive candidate experience while meeting client expectations and recruitment targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the US, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates in line with client requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networking platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Proactively explore new sourcing strategies and talent acquisition channels to attract qualified candidates in competitive US talent markets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with established processes.
• Manage confidential candidate information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, feedback, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, track hiring progress, and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, productivity, and hiring status.
• Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Consistently meet recruitment targets and team performance expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Experience Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably supporting US based hiring.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, hiring practices.
