Us Staffing Recruiter

We are looking for highly motivated Recruiters with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and/or Data Center roles.

This is a fast-paced recruiting environment where recruiters are expected to take end-to-end ownership of requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, make high-volume calls, and consistently deliver quality candidates within timelines.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to go the extra mile, take ownership, and work proactively to close positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume/bulk hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and Data Center positions.
• Source, screen, qualify, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Make 80+ candidate calls per day and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for repetitive and high-volume requirements.
• Understand job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and other hiring criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, follow-ups, and recruiting activity in spreadsheets/ATS/VMS systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up proactively with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and productivity targets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies when candidate availability is limited.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity using MS Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Work collaboratively with recruiters, team leads, account managers, and hiring managers.
• Take ownership of assigned positions and drive them through the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years of US Staffing / Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for at least one of the following domains:
• Engineering
• Manufacturing / Production
• Data Center
• Strong candidate calling experience with the ability to make 80+ calls per day.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build pipelines for repetitive and high-volume positions.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including:
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS Outlook
• MS Teams
• MS SharePoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment data.
