US Semiconductor Recruiter

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Semiconductor Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor, electronics, and hardware engineering roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sourcing and hiring niche semiconductor talent, partnering with hiring managers, and building pipelines for critical engineering and manufacturing positions.

The recruiter will play a key role in supporting hiring needs across semiconductor design, fabrication, manufacturing, validation, testing, and operations functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill semiconductor positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment coordination.

Semiconductor Talent Acquisition

Recruit for positions including:

• Post Silicon Validation
• Lap Techs
• ASIC Design Engineers
• SoC Engineers
• Physical Design Engineers
• DFT Engineers
• Verification & Validation Engineers
• FPGA Engineers
• Embedded Software Engineers
• Device Engineers
• Process Engineers
• Yield Engineers
• Equipment Engineers
• Failure Analysis Engineers
• Manufacturing Engineers
• Test Engineers
• Product Engineers
• Semiconductor Operations and Supply Chain Professionals

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry associations, and talent communities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for niche semiconductor skill sets.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence research.
• Maintain active candidate engagement for future opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Advise stakeholders on availability of talent, compensation benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and feedback collection.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate data within ATS and recruitment systems.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company hiring policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring status.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience within semiconductor, hardware, electronics, or engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and engineering functions.
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment across the US market.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for semiconductor design firms, fabs, IDM companies, or electronics manufacturers.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and semiconductor talent trends.
• Experience recruiting for both engineering and manufacturing functions.
