About the Role

Filings.us is looking for a US Sales Executive to handle client acquisition for our U.S. company incorporation, accounting, taxation, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and enquiries from U.S. and international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Explain LLC/C-Corp incorporation, EIN, Registered Agent, accounting, taxation, and compliance services.
• Manage sales calls, emails, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Manage the sales cycle from enquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance teams after conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in US Sales, International Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong lead conversion, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience handling U.S./international customers preferred.
• Experience in company incorporation, accounting, taxation, compliance, or professional services sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable with U.S. time-zone overlap when required.
