US Recruiter

Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, and staffing operations. The recruiter will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and online recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Support recruiters and account managers with staffing activities, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Build strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and U.S. staffing practices is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS platforms, and online recruitment tools preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in technical and non-technical recruiting.
