What We’re Looking For:
2–6 years of US Recruitment experience
Strong experience sourcing and screening technical/engineering candidates
Excellent understanding of engineering and skilled-trade job requirements
Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other recruiting platforms
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and candidate management skills
Experience with contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Source, screen & connect top U.S. talent
Recruit for Engineering Domain
Collaborate with Account Managers to close strategic roles
Devise creative recruiting strategies
Evaluate candidates & negotiate offers
Build lasting relationships with clients & teams
