Us Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in end-to-end internal corporate recruiting, advanced hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Note: This role is strictly for candidates with corporate/in-house recruitment background. Candidates from agency/staffing agency backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for open internal positions across various business units.
• Proactive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to build candidate pipelines and direct-source top talent.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and alignment with job requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide regular hiring updates.
• Process Execution: Manage scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offer facilitation to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Key Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of core recruitment experience in an in-house / corporate hiring environment.
• Background Check: Purely in-house recruitment experience required (Agency / Staffing agency experience will not be considered).
• Tools: Advanced, power-user level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
• Contract Term: Willingness and availability to commit to a 3-month contract role.
• Availability: Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
