Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated US Staffing Recruiter with 12 years of experience in US recruitment to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Work on W2, C2C, and contract hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment.
• Good communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with US hiring processes and employment terms.
• Ability to work in the US Eastern Time (ET) shift.
