Job Title: US Recruiter (Freshers)

Location: Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or any Science-related field.
Experience: Freshers (0-1 Year)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Science, along with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn and understand US recruitment processes, terms, and hiring practices.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or any Science-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.
• Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US recruitment or staffing processes.
• Understanding of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
