We are looking for a passionate and proactive IT Recruiter - US Staffing to join our team in Pune. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting talent with opportunity, and have experience in C2C hiring across technologies like SAP, Oracle, Java, etc., we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in IT profiles.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
This is a night shift job : 7pm -4am (Monday - Friday)
