US Recruiter

We are looking for a US Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a background in recruitment, sales, or business development.

Experience in the US trucking/transportation industry is highly preferred. The role will involve sourcing, engaging, screening, and coordinating with candidates for US-based trucking requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for US-based trucking and transportation positions.
• Identify candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Make outbound calls and communicate confidently with candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess their experience and suitability.
• Explain job opportunities, requirements, compensation, and other relevant details.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Work closely with the hiring team to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
• Prior experience in US Recruitment, Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Good working knowledge of basic computer applications and recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in US Trucking / Transportation Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting CDL Drivers, Truck Drivers, Owner Operators, or other transportation professionals.
• Knowledge of the US trucking recruitment market.
• Existing network/database of US trucking candidates.
• Experience working with US-based clients or candidates
