Key Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding for healthcare and hearing-care positions.
• Partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, licensing requirements, and candidate qualifications.
• Sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional healthcare networks, referrals, and ATS databases.
• Conducted initial screening interviews to evaluate clinical experience, certifications, state licensure, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Screened candidates for telehealth readiness and remote work capabilities for Tele-Audiologist positions. 
• Coordinated interviews between candidates and client stakeholders and managed feedback collection.
• Maintained talent pipelines for recurring healthcare and hearing-care openings across multiple US states.
• Verified candidate credentials, certifications, licensure status, and work authorization requirements.
• Negotiated compensation packages and managed offer rollouts.
• Collaborated with onboarding teams to ensure completion of background verification, compliance documentation, and new hire requirements.
• Tracked recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill.
• Consistently met client SLAs and hiring targets in a fast-paced staffing environment.
