US Recruiter

Position: US Recruiter
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Nashik
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Source US candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes of US candidates and shortlist them based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening of US candidates and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between US candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of US candidates and update recruitment databases.
• Follow up with US candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US candidates.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

 Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM).
