Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Contact and engage candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Learn and follow US recruitment processes and best practices.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• MBA (HR), BBA, or graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, US Staffing, Customer Service, or Sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with good time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working the US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
