Shift: US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Current Openings

US IT Recruiter Direct Client & MSP
Experience: 2+ Years

• Experience handling Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements
• Strong US IT sourcing and recruitment experience
• Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring
• Understanding of US work authorizations

US IT Recruiter Volume Hiring / TCS Account
Experience: 3+ Years

• TCS or similar high-volume hiring experience preferred
• Strong sourcing across multiple technologies
• Ability to deliver 34 quality client submissions per day
• Strong target and SLA management

US Non-IT Recruiter Light Industrial / Manufacturing
Experience: 3+ Years

• Experience in US Non-IT / Light Industrial recruitment
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Engineering, Skilled Trades, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, or Utilities
• Experience recruiting for Machine Operators, Production, Warehouse, Welders, Electricians, Maintenance, Logistics, etc.
• Direct Client/MSP experience preferred
