Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pharma Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent within the pharmaceutical and non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment non-IT positions including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, and skill assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/database.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices.
• Experience sourcing candidates using CB, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for pharma manufacturing, QA/QC, regulatory, or clinical roles.
• Strong networking and talent pipeline development capability.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
