US Recruiter - IT/Non IT

Responsibilities

IT Recruitment

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT positions including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, QA/Test Engineers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, and Project Managers.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Understand technical skill sets and conduct preliminary technical screenings.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT candidates.

Non-IT Recruitment

• Recruit candidates for Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Customer Service, Healthcare, Administrative, Sales, Marketing, and other non-technical roles.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process through closure.

Candidate & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance & Documentation

• Verify candidate eligibility to work in the US.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.

Required Skills

• Experience working with US staffing/recruitment firms.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment for the US market.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of US labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
