Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Engineer Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US Staffing market and experience hiring engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit engineering professionals for US clients.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Work on roles across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Automation, and related engineering domains.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines.
• Ensure quality submissions and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Engineering Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the US hiring process and engineering talent market.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in US shifts.
