US Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process US payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage client relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in US payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
